My current build. ^
I do PvE only, with a little PvP mixed in every now and then. I use swords only.
Now tell me, which would be the best spec for me at this point?
I'm still trying to get 2 more point in Deflection so I can get Riposte. I can't believe I skipped over that ... >.<
I don't know if it's worth respeccing over, though.

It's true, you don't need Imp.EA in a raid setting, sorry. Substituting it into your CP rotation greatly reduces your DPS. This is why if the boss at hand benefits more from a druid/prot tank, you still have your fury warrior, or usual MT stack sunders.
It's only useful in PvP as Mutilate when you've got CPs coming out of the wazoo.
Don't spec what Kranoa linked if you want to top the DPS meters in a 25 man.

This build is AVERAGE for PvP, because I left two points in imp sprint, but uh, yeah, you won't be getting far in arenas with it. Yes, the 3/3 Imp SnD is required, and yes, swords are the best selections for raiding DPS. If I have more time later, I can explain the 3/5/5 CP rotation for you.

Why are you skipping Aggression? And why do you want Riposte so badly? I guess it's alright when you're grinding, but remember, when you're raiding, and you actually get to PARRY an attack, you've done something wrong because you've got the aggro of a boss that's about to one-shot you for 16k damage.
But if you're looking for what to level with at level 60 you want something like this:

At level 61, you want one point in Relentless Strikes, then from 62-66, you get 5 points in Lethality. Then from 67-70, you spend 1 point to finish Sword Spec, two points into Vitality, and then the last point in imp evis, to make it 3/3, but for raiding, I'd rather have 2 points in murder, then one point in either imp evis or vile poisons, or just throw it somewhere in the combat tree really.

I didn't even think of that.. it would be nice to have when leveling/grinding, though. That's why I want it so bad. :(
