Best Raiding spec?

Obviously there are plenty of ways to approach this in terms of helping the rest of the raid or trapping more by having readiness and such, but for best DPS spec, what is the best for raiding/groups? This coupled with pet talents. Basically, what hunter talent spec + pet spec would give max dps output in a raid?
