SoB(M) in most situations.. If there's an instance where you're going to be low on heals / using too much mana (for me, when there's a weaker healer in the group or massive AE damage I swap to Command..).
Really on raids I find it being a non issue.. I use SoB(M) and go at it... My hp will drop ya, but the heals on me from that give you mana and the ability to smash face ever more. Just my take on it.
