The best way is non-stop instances.
ofc, that's hardly possible unless you have 4 friends with a set time (refer to Malgayne's blog about the furious five for an example)

If by best you mean quickest, unless you are being "boosted", instancing is slower unrested than questing from 70-80.

The way I do it is, play my mage until he is unrested, then leave him at an inn and level my DK until unrested, and stick him at an inn too.
If my mage/DK isn't over 90% rested then I'll play another alt for a bit, or PvP on whichever I'm not using.
While I'm levelling, I think that pure questing is better, but if I'm close to a ding then I'll grind mobs and hand the quest in afterwards. I really only instance if I want a quest reward or boss drop, which isn't often while I'm levelling because it takes time I could use on other quests.

Well,i am asking because i bought some guide(Zygor guide) and i dont like it...i dont know..I think i am going again to use qhelper or carbonite ...i mean i lvled my pally (30 lvl) with them...so...i dont know...grind / quests...we'll see...
I'd use questhelper, it'll make it much easier, I levelled to 70 without it, but I got it just before WotLK to see and now I don't know how I played without it! :p

If you don't like grinding, as I don't, then you will find that a more difficult way to level. I pick up as many grind quests as I can, finish them, then turn them in. If there aren't enough quests at my lvl/area, I grind if I have to, or move to an area that has more quests.
Quests are the best source of exp, imho, and combined with grinding give really fast lvls.
