Beyond the Mists - an RP blog/logbook

So, I'm attempting to go with a few headcanons and ideas I've had boiling in my skull for a while since MoP landed, and I created a Tumblr for it.
It's called Beyond the Mists and is the story of my Pandaren as she learns about the Horde for her master Taran Zhu.

I wanted to write a story about an OC that was, hopefully, not too much of a Mary Sue, as she explores a world she's been a part of all of her life, but just now can actually travel around in. The mists have fallen and Pandaria is open to all, and the Pandaren that did not grow up on the Wandering Isle have just as much wanderlust. It'll hopefully be a story about shenanigans, hijinks with magic, making friends and enemies, frollicking in Ashenvale with a few non-hostile druids and more.

But the thing is, I need feedback and ideas, criticism and just plain comments (preferably of the positive kind) otherwise I'll burn out.

I have an ask box as well as a mod-blog ask box.

I'm basically building a world on the little pandaren lore that actually exists beyond the in-game Lorewalkers stuff, language established from the RPG books (words like Shodo-pan as a class instead of a warchief) but I want to keep it as close to canon as possible.
I'd be extremely grateful if anyone wants to offer their horde characters, and possibly even alliance, to RP with me and/or partake in the story.

I wanted to have started the blog before 5.1 landed, but that didn't work as I wanted to, so now I'm attempting to headcanon my way to 5.3 and hopefully predict correctly, otherwise I'll consider this strictly an AU.
I also would rather have liked if Blizzard had established more background lore for the Pandaren language, social life, gatherings, holidays and such, because in honesty there is very little that isn't about the Mogu or related to the last Emperor, Shao Hao, but I can't post on the US forums where there's a slightly bigger chance of some of the Lore people actually noticing it, since I live in Europe.

TL;DR - Anyone want to roleplay with a noob writer so I can get my ideas outta my head and onto my screen.

Seems like an interesting idea. You have an idea and know what it is you want out of it, and I commend you for trying to expand the lore as you are. I suggest looking to wowpedia if you haven't already. In addition, I would be willing to help out with whatever you liked if you want.

The best advice I can give at the moment would be to perhaps decide which voice you want to tell this story in. First or third, or alternating between them as a narrative from the third, with the journal offering more a synopsis and peek further into her mind as things progress. As in, we follow her as the immediate adventure goes on from a more detached and relatively omniscient point of view, and then at certain points she records a brief overview in the journal based strictly on how she saw and experienced things.
