When I first spec'd FFB I was like "ugh, what is this trash?" I was hitting for around 2k a hit, and just sighed.

Well, I put some effort, got some crit gear. "BTW, remember, Scryer/Aldor crit items, I still use them on shoulders for now. :p"

Anyway, it takes practice and timing. RIght now I'm geared in all from instances, and some of the upgraded blues from heroics. Remember, on 1-2 mob pulls LB as the tank pulls. You won't aggro with LB at all, unless you hit first. Scorch during pull, scorch as he grabs more aggro. Unleash hell with FFB PB procs. These fights I generally sling about 1400-1600 dps depending on crits. Also keep your Combustion and Icy Veins going as much as you can.

Fights of three or more, here where alot of mages mess up. LB as he pulls, then, as they group on the tank, cast Flamestrike. Yes, Flamestrike. Remember, World in Flames is spec'd in 0/53-18 for a reason. Then follow that up with a blizzard over the same mob. LB will blow right as blizzard fades. You can either reapply it, but usually the fight's over by then. I just toss a quick burst and it's over.

You're welcome to look me up in Armory, and as of today, I ran these Heroics.

CoT - Strat DPS for the whole - 1900
HoS - 1700
UK - 1300 (Two hunters, mobs blow down well before 2nd spells....)
