I don't have time right now to answer the rest, I just wanted to point out that this is not possible. Macros cant play the game for you :D
Get DBM or Bigwigs and stare at those timers.
I dont know why you guys even bother with combo points. You set your power auras to your rotation. Power aura with 4 and 5 cp, mutilate usable, rupture up, snd up, envenom usable...tada.

2) Stop hit macro for Arcano, but keep focus
3) mods that really well displays combo points, and my own debuffs ie rupture, s&d in the middle of the screen, or mods that display the bosses cast bar in the middle.
1) Don't be trigger happy and focus on kicking the right spell. You can't kick a specific spell via macros as far as I'm aware.
2) Create a separate kick macro
#showtooltip Kick
/cast Kick
/stopattack
Also, create the following macro for your Mutilate or Sinister Strike
#showtooltip Sinister Strike
/startattack
/cast Sinister Strike
3) PowerAuras Classic and ForteXorcist. For cast bars, I use Quartz3.

It really is that simple. Clicking reduces your overall awareness. You are forced to pay attention to what you're clicking instead of what's going on. There is no single benefit to clicking over binds. Stop being lazy.

You are not. The fight wouldn't be beatable.
To the O.P.: Stop clicking. It's terrible, and makes you a worse player than you would be otherwise.
For Interrupts when the shield is up, we usually use a Mage or Shaman, but you can always break out the Vezax/Halfus macro.
/cast Kick
Just attack the new robot and focus kick.

I also use my PvP gloves so that Kick is only 5 energy, not 15.

For combo points and cast bars, I use Shadowed unit frames - I have 2 bars in the middle of the screen just below my feet for me and my target - shows combo points, buffs, debuffs and the you can see enemy castings too.

You could configure Power Auras to identify when the spell is being cast.
