I had posted this as part of a response to a tank questioning his talent build, but I was wondering if my theory was correct:
Blessing of Kings is more potent than the new Blessing of Sanctuary
Blessing of Kings:
+10% Stamina = More HP, more spellpower from Touched by the Light, larger window for Ardent Defender
+10% Strength = More Shield Block Value, more damage
+10% Agility = More dodge, more armor, more crit
+10% Intellect = More mana, more crit
+10% Spirit = More 5SR mana regen lol
Blessing of Sanctuary:
3% Damage reduction and 2% Max Mana returned on Parry, Dodge, and Block
Blessing of Sanctuary is only preferred for when when you outgear an encounter, or during endurance encounters.
What are your thoughts?

BoSanc is fine for all regular instances, as well as any trash.
BoK for bosses in heroics/raids.
