Hello everyone :) My name's Hyper, I'm new to the WoWhead Lore and Roleplaying forums (well, I'm new to the forums period). I've been stalking you all for quite a while already, however, and thought I might pipe in with my own idea for an Open RP.

<A frantically written letter from an Arith Truelight of the Argent Stand to a Stefan Vadu of the Ebon Watch.>
If this letter is received, then there is a call to justice the Knights of the Ebon Blade must answer. To that end, also the Forsaken, but I have no means to contact them, and so I still pray that this call will also reach them.
A threat looms on the horizon for all broken from the will of the Lich King. Many paladins have died to bring us the information we now present before you. After the San’layn blood prince, Navarius, was defeated at the hands of a captured storm giant, his necropolis Zeramas was turned into a lab. Within, cultists and necromancers work day and night to complete a new strain of blight. What the agents of the Argent Crusade have learned, is that the blight is designed to bring former members of the Scourge make under the control of the Lich King.
The necropolis is guarded like it was the citadel of Icecrown itself. Death knights still with the Scourge keep a timeless watch, frost wyrms and gargoyles plague the skies, and we believe a Lich oversees the project. Their project lacks one thing, testing. I do not know if you are willing to take up this task of helping to destroy it, considering the danger involved to your fellow Knights, but I believed a fair warning was in order.
Champions will come, this blight shall be destroyed.
But the price may be costly.

The RP starts around the Ebon Watch or the Argent Stand in Zul'Drak, the plan is for champions of the Horde, the Alliance, the Argent Crusade, and the Knights of the Ebon Blade to band together to destroy the blight production in Zeramas. Really, you can be either the
Scourge
(working on, or defending, the blight) or the
Champions
(who are trying to stop the Scourge).
It's really simple, I think, and I'm sorry if it doesn't make sense :( It was a long time ago that I did forum RP, and I thought I'd try it again.
Try not to be a godmodder :( Nobody likes those.
Reserving another post after this for updates about the characters on either side, when I get around to it. And maybe a short recap if it gets really long.

Description
: Two gnomish sisters. Aruna is a warrior, and the eldest. She's highly intelligent, quick-witted, and well disciplined. She takes a neutral stand on most everything, and wishes for peace between the Horde and the Alliance one day. What she lacks in strength in dexterity she makes up for in her wish for no harm to come to others. She often wears a model of Tankatronic goggles and gold dreadnaught armor when on the field.
She has pink pigtails.
Anura is much different, being a death knight. She is hot-tempered and lacks manners, often defying orders just so she can get even with a battle against somebody's words. In her heart she holds revenge, yet she doesn't seem to know what that revenge is directed at. Her hair is a dark brown, almost black, and stuck together with frost, she wears valorous scourgeborne armor.

The death knight sighed, leaning against one of the chain link fences acting as a meager barrier around the Ebon Watch. She was near the entrance waiting for her sister to finish whatever business she was attending to with the leader of the Watch. Anura felt it funny that her sister was the one who had received the mission from the Ebon Blade, and when she had shared it, Anura immediately wanted to be there to destroy whatever the Scourge were brewing.
Aruna had tried to get her to not come, saying it would put her in danger, but she refused to let her sister's emotions get in the way of destroying something that would put her back under the torture of the Lich King's control. So here they were, in the Scourge-tainted lowest tier of Zul'drak, the necropolis of Zeramas looming in the skies overhead.
"Stefan has given me all the details he got from the Argent Stand, now we wait for others to get here to help." Aruna walked over to Anura.
"Why can't we go now?" Anura grumbled.
"It's too dangerous..."
"...fine."

Aruna looked over shoulder at the high elf questioning in the middle of the Watch, she smiled slightly, nudging Anura in the chestplate with her elbow, "Look! Help!" After Anura gave her sister a scowl, Aruna spoke up so that the elf could hear her, "Stefan is over there!" She pointed to a tent off to the side, where a white haired death knight was standing outside the entrance.

Anura grunted and turned away from the elf's hand. She crossed her arms across her chest, continuing to scowl.
Aruna sighed at her sister, before pulling her goggles up on to her forehead and giving Aeria a big smile, "Name's Aruna! Aruna Twinspark!" She stood on the tips of her toes to shake her hand, "Don't mind my sister Anura, she's just cranky. So are you ready to destroy some blight?"

Aruna was about to answer Aeria, before Anura piped in, "We'll be leaving as soon as we have more help, because apparantly, it's too dangerous to go without more than a handful of people." Her voice dripped with a mocking tone along with the echoing background that came from being a death knight.

"We can do that!" Aruna cheered, and turned to her sister, "Anura, you stay here and gather up any more allies that come to aid us on this mission."
Anura was going to protest, but shut her mouth and reluctantly nodded her head.
Aruna looked back at Aeria, "Do you have a flying mount?"

"I bet they will!" Aruna nodded, searching around her pack for something, "You go see if you can get one of those gryphons, I'll meet you by the entrance... exit thingy to the Ebon Watch!" The gnome obviously found what she was looking for, a tiny whistle, because she closed up her knapsack and tossed it over her shoulder.

Character: Zah'Vi Plaguestalker & Meeba Miniblaze
Location: Argent Stand
Zah'Vi is a troll rogue that is hell bent on revenge of the death of her mate, Steh'Ven, and the rest of her family. She grew up in the Eastern Plaguelands with the Argent Dawn, until one day the scourge (lead by a death knight) attacked and killed the people she loved and captured her. She was tortured for weeks until she finally escaped. She is bitter and crazy, working only for her own goals of revenge. She generally dislikes death knights, but knows that some still have kind hearts. She has one pink eye and one green eye, pink mohawked/braided hair and bright azure skin that is tainted with countless scars. A large cloak hides much of her face
Meeba is a kind-hearted, social and naive gnome mage. She is very kind to allies, but also has a sick fascination with watching things (particularly enemies) burn. She grew up in Ironforge and has had a pretty simple life. She allied with Zah'Vi partially out of pity, and partially out of the curiosity of the trolls backstory, which she only bits and pieces. Her hair is black with pink bangs, held up in pigtails, and she has milky white skin and blue eyes.

Zah'Vi narrowed her eyes in disgust when the Argent Crusade general asked her to go to Ebon Hold to assist them. Before she could open her mouth to protest, Meeba reached up and grabbed at her cloak. Zah'Vi knelt down, scowling at the gnome. She had allied with her out of convenience, not out of like.
"Let's just do it. Death Knight's aren't so bad anyways, some are actually kinda cute if you get over the rotting flesh." Meeba said with a high pitched chuckle.
Zah'Vi just glared. "I don't care. They are useless, dishonorable, backstabbing little-" Meeba reached out and covered her friends mouth with a tiny, red-gloved hand before she could continue.
"Won't it help you get more information? Maybe someone knows whoever it is you're looking for." It was a far reach, but maybe it would peak the rogues interests. To Meeba's fortune, she was right.
"Fine, let's go." Zah'Vi sighed as she stood up to her full height.
The two summoned their mounts. Meeba hopped atop her tiny blue and purple tiger, Miststrike, and Zah'Vi on her ferocious black raptor, Ashes. The gnome and the troll made their way down the great stairs at the Argent Stand and towards Ebon Watch.
