They are only $6.50......so, you could also find a friend/relative to order it and pay them. I don't remember what payment options they have, they may even have something like paypal. Look around, as you don't need a credit card to create an account there.....

Another option is to get one of those prepaid Visa cards (other companies probably have them, just using Visa as an example) - you pay for it in a store, it has a balance like a gift card, but you can use it anywhere that accepts the Visa credit card. I believe that I used one that I received as a gift to buy mine.

If you have PayPal, you can generate a credit card on their site and use it to deduct money from your PayPal account. It's called PayPal Secure Cards, IIRC.
