Afaik it should still work at 80 on green or higher mobs. Just not if they're grey. Same with any other ability or item that procs on mobs that grant xp (
Drain Soul
, for example), if you're at lvl cap they just have to be green or higher.

Remember, if you're in Blood Presence, Blood aura does nothing for you. They don't stack. Blood Aura is for your party or if you're a blood spec tank. So if you're always in blood presence and don't feel like getting it, it won't hurt you (just everyone else)
