In my opinion, unholy is better. Blood can do some nice single-target damage, and has little to no downtime. Unholy, on the other hand has amazing aoe capabilities, but the most important thing (imo) would be
on a pale horse
. This means 20% less on your travel time, which is most of your leveling time. I leveled unholy and loved it.

When I left the starting area I had this build.

I kept going into blood but had the benefit of pale horse for travel and then re-speced without it once I hit 70 and had unholy presence.
Blood and Unholy for leveling are kind of like flipping a coin. With unholy you can aoe like nobody's business and take down tons of enemies at once, and with blood you regenerate health and can fight pretty much continuously.
You can aggro 5 mobs with both, it's mostly just how you want the fight to go. With unholy you kill them fast but may need to get back some health after, with blood the fights take a bit longer but you're at 100% when you're done.
Bottom line is the typical spec adviece. Try them both, see what you like best :)
