the professions are not complete yet. your best bet is to wait on it until they patch in new profesion items. only a couple of the professions can reasonably be brought to a full 450 without wasting a ton of mats or money right now but every one of them is getting new stuff to play with sometime in the near future. especially crafting professions like BS/LW/tailoring (the last of which needs the most help out of all of them as far as useful recipes goes)

Not to mention they are probably going to be adding a ton of items for the specialties of the major crafting professions. Like 80 epics for swordsmiths and the like.
