/cast Power Word: Fortitude; Prayer of Fortitude
Spelling notwithstanding, I believe this is correct.
This will show the PW:F tooltip by default. If you want PoF to show up, add the spell name after #showtooltip.

If placed on an actionbar, button:1 will always evaluate to true for #showtooltip purposes. Just fyi.
edit: and remember you can use conditionals on #showtooltip itself, also.
