Grom'tor's Pendant of Conquest
is for some reason listed as buyable for ~15g and 30 BoJ's, even tho it's a green quest reward.

Yeah. Unfortunately this is an internal error in Blizzard's system--for some reason those are listed as being purchaseable with badges of justice. I have no idea why Blizzard has it set up that way. =/
