1) the more parry the better imo
2) I honestly don't know, seems like it would but i dont know the math on how much AP affects damage. though having both would be nice.
3) Are you really asking if more damage mitigation is worth it? even though its less i think it will be just as usefull.
But all in all, if its your personal preference i won't hate ya if you dont have Blade Barrier or Bone shield, i mean look at me, ive been a blood tank since day 1 lol. i cant remember how many times people tell me to respec into a real tanking spec :P

1) If people inspect you and see no blade-barrier, they will kick you from group
2) Bladed Armor is not required
3) Yes Bone Shield will still worth it
4) You build overall is... ewwwwwwwwwww. Personaly, I would not team with you.
