Can rogues train riding?

i have a lvl 42 troll rogue and i cant talk to the kodo or wolf riding instructors. i right-click on them and it targets them, but nothing happens. the screen on the left doesn't come up.
i was wondering if this is the same for all rogues or do you have to talk to the normal riding instructor first?

Hmm.. Kodo and Wolf are for Tauren and Orc respectively and you will need to be Exalted with their factions before you can purchase their mount.
Talk to your Raptor trainer for training and to buy a Raptor. Once you're exalted with Tauren or Orcs, you may purchase one of their mounts.

in the southern sector of Durotar, near the great sea. For a nominal gold fee, she'll teach you how to ride raptors, which you'll then buy from
Zjolnir
, whom is standing nearby.
