You gotta figure out your play style. BE is gonna be a little geared towards fighting casters, undead is a little less desirable for pvp since the will of the forsaken nerf (though it's still good, you just can't pop it to break those effects), and orc has a bonus to pet (for unholy) and stun reduction.
