Can you cast Nature\'s Swiftness in Boomkin form?

Some people want to try Nature's Swiftness in Boomkin builds, just curious whether you can invoke in while Shapeshifted in Moonkin form?
I know there's other issues with the Build, but does it even work?

NS is classified as a Restoration spell, so I would assume that it would pop you out of Moonkin form.

I thought they changed some of the spells so they wouldn't pop you out of Moonkin form ...
