Well, it's weird, but if you do a search on "sendchatmessage gettime", the only result regarding the issue is a post by me. Perhaps you subconsciously just want to be like me?

Search is definitely broken. I even visually scanned the titles 10 pages back and I guess I just don't even know what the title of the thread was.

Nope. I set a global variable and made sure a certain amount of time had passed before it allowed the say to go through. I could re-write it, but I'd like to see how I wrote it before.
