Have you posted your problem in wow's official forums? I would reccomend trying that and if not you could call their customer support line.

"Unable to connect." It's been days. I've been trying a lot. The funny thing is I managed to log in only twice at different times, but the rest of the time I couldn't. My sister have the same game files, and she's been having the same issue. There's nothing wrong with my Internet connection, and everything seems to be working fine. What to do?
Do you get any sort of error message associated with it. If I recall correctly you usually get a link to click on, for instance.
Besides that, try this:
-Delete the WoW Cache. This is found in the World of Warcraft folder.
-Reset your router and clear your DNS cache (never hurts to try). Also "repair" your internet connection.
-Clear your browser's cookies.
-Disable antivirus and/or your firewall
