it would depend if you r looking for damage rating or playstyle...
Enh is going to be playing very similarly to how it is now just with a couple more CDs
Where as feral is getting a decent change to cool downs and just in general what some spells do: for instance savage roar in MoP will increase physical dmg.
but from what ive seen is enh lost a wee bit of surv so did feral both still do good damage.
but if your looking for something thats changing go with feral over enh
