Can't get the "Mending body and soul" quest from Jol in Zuldazar

So iv'e done the prior quest in the quest chain but jol still dosen't give me the next quest "Mending Body and Soul", i don't know what to do or if im missing something, iv'e searched all internet for hours and still can't find an answer, im working towards the pathfinder achievements, a could really use some help!

Are you sure youve done all the quests? I missed the one on the beach to kill the Loa Speaker, i then did it and it unlocked the quest. Just make sure youve done all the quests
