well when i try logging into my account on the wow website, it says that my account name is incorrect and that my account is not registered to my current e-mail. I dont get it. I have never made any changes to my account's information. I've never shared my password/information with anyone and i dont have any viruses on my computer (ran my anti virus scan). Is it because i dont update my windows? I closed the windows auto updates for awhile and it's been no problem ;in the past. So could not updating my system be the problem?

a hacker is very unlikely since i never dowload any add-ons, cheats, hacks, etc. I never ever shared my info with anyone. If it is a hacker, is there a way to recover my character/account? I'm e-mailed Blizzard and they say it may take several days to respond due to the number of people contacting them but they said they are looking into my e-mail account.
