Cant' Pick up a Shaman Quest

Hey guys im having some trouble with trying to get a class quest,
My Shammy is lvl 18 i got lvl granted on him, so now im too high to do my lvl 10 i think quest that give me the earth totem is there another way to get the totem or another to pick the quest up, any help apreciated thank you.

They still give the quest, it just doesn't show as a ! above their head.
Talk to the NPC and you will see they still offer it.
And make sure you're talking to the right trainer - I'm not sure if they all give the quest or not.

I was talking to the right one its, and the ! is grey and and unable to talk to them like that just to train.

The grey ! means that there will be a quest in a few levels - and that you're too low for it.

Oh but i thought you got the earth totem before fire and it like in the 2nd town you go to.

You won't be "too high" for the quest. The quest will always be available until you complete it.
Make sure you haven't already got it in your logs, or that you haven't already completed it.
If neither of those are true, the quest should be available.
Beyond that, create a ticket for a GM, who will no doubt suggest you remove all addons and try again.
