Well I would expect so, if you're playing from Australia. Exact same reason I would be having problems with the European servers.

Nup, no good either. It's almost as far from Sydney to Korea, compared to Sydney to LA. Sortof. (Okay, it's about 30-40% shorter, but that's not that much in the context of things.)

Oceanic was a big wet joke, since that was run out of the US servers.

Oh, don't forget, you can't cheat and have it filter out the text on unsuccessful Kill Commands either. That &*!@ has to be be spammed, even when your pet is dead, out of range, or Kill Command is on cooldown. No exceptions.

Sort of, yeah. Every time I try to attack, the game apparently waits for the round trip of data before actually updating the game that the attack actually took place, at which point everything then snaps quickly to where it's supposed to be. Never had the problem on American servers.

I remember how every double whirlwind barb in the world stopped playing when they patched D3 and the rubberbanding started.
Playing a DH was horrible as well.

Come to think of it the only thing playable was CM wiz, cause pretty much all you do is stand still.

Always been holy.
However I offspecced tank in WotLK.

P.S.
There's not much theory around healing so I've mainly worked on the other aspects (protribution, my leveling guide).
So that could be the reason for the misunderstanding :)

I do tank equally as good as I heal though I don't have any gear.

I don't think this is news to anyone that competitively raid healed, honestly.

Well I don't competitively raid, so it was news to me :P

Although one thing that was just barely touched on but which I notice: paladin cooldowns suck. GoAK is not quite as good as Tranq or HTT, provided I spent a third of my mana pool spamming spells during the entire duration.

But oh well, the most competitive thing I did this expac was go 40+ waves on proving grounds, and paladin cooldowns are basically perfect for that, so can't complain.

While I agree that Holy Paladin cooldowns aren't fantastic, I also think saying they suck is... harsh. We have a lot of tools to deal with a lot of different damage as Paladins, so while we lack a tool to deal with huge raidwide aoe burst, we have a lot of tools to deal with strong single target burst (GoAK, HoS), we have strong AoE for longer raid-wide stress phases in fights with Divine Favor + Light's Hammer + Holy Radiance, and Avenging Wrath as a middle ground "I need more healing plox" cooldown. And if you took Holy Avenger, the extra LoD it provides is obviously also very strong in AoE Holy Radiance spam situations.

So sure, we can't fill up a raid instantly via a Tranq/WTT/Divine Hymn/Revive-esque cooldown, but paladins definitely excel at having the right cooldown for the job at almost all stages of the game. Which I think is pretty cool.

TL;DR; Paladin cooldowns don't suck. Don't be disingenuous ;P

Saying that our cooldowns suck means you don't use them properly.

We don't lack a tool to deal with raidwide aoe burst.
First and foremost we have Devotion Aura, which is better than any other raid healing ability that any class has. Firstly it's raidwide unlike any raid heal, atleast that I know of, secondly mitigation > healing. Healing doesn't help you if you're already dead.

Secondly using GoAK then casting HR, HR, HS, LoD you'll pwn any tranqing-divine-hymning-holy-druid out there. And if that is too mana heavy for you, the other healers aren't pulling their weight.

Paladins > all
