I can't seem to keep my cat pet from going ghostly. Is there a patch coming out to deal with this? Or is there another way to turn cower off permanently?

i have actualy heard if you put the icon in your command bar then deactivate it. then relace it, it will fix it. i dont know if its completely true, but just a suggestion.

I have dash, claw, rake, and growl.
The problem that I seem to have is stopping the cat from going into that shadow type mode after I dismount. I will try some of your suggestions. I really like using cats as pets.
... and nothing seems to work. So I guess I am going to have to live with it until they fix the issue.

thats not the cower bug. thats prowl. if you dont want him to go stealth, turn off prowl.

True... that's Prowl, but prowl seems to be subject to the same autocast-on bug as cower and growl.
oh, that sucks. now i know that and will fix it with my cat when i get him out of the stables for instances.

If you get your cat into combat after you deactivate the glowing boarder around the prowl icon, it won't go into stealth anymore
