Unfortunately raids don't award any reputation...
Regular level 80s will give you ~800-1200 rep. Heroics - double that.
Best faction...Kirin Tor and Wyrmrest accord. The Knights of the Ebon Blade are fairly easy go quest with - you just need to be higher level than the other. Argent Crusade...if you "cheat" and get some luck, you can hit exalted in two days. If not - you'll be getting about ~1500 rep doing the daily in Icecrown and the Patroll in Zul'Drak.
But to be honest, choose the one you want to hit Exalted with based on items... I don't know how to explain it but one day of Heroics will make up for any dailies you've done or not done.
