The only way to get better is practice. If you want to tank, run a lot of normal-mode instances for practice, you will likely build up tanking and dps gear in the process. Practice until it is easy.

Hunter is too easy to level, so do not mind the fact that it is 58 lvl, but is not too easy to play really good. Really good hunter needs to know how to trap (hardest CC in game, but far from impossible, ofc), misdirect threat to tank and Feign Death often enough. Yet, with simplistic approach of just dpsing, no CC at all, no threat rediredction, and a Feign Death once in a while, you can perform quite well, while fury warrior needs some more attention.
It can be extremely fun to play, in both instances and battlegrounds.
If you do not like idea of tanking, go with hunter.
