Character blocked?

Hey all,
I tried logging in this morning before work hoping the rolling restart was done (around 8:15 Central Time) and it loaded up, but when I clicked on "Enter World" or whatever it said "This character is blocked. Contact Billing for more information".
Did anyone else have this happen to them this morning? Is this due to the rolling restarts or am I in trouble somehow?

I sent an email before I left for work. Still at work and can't check it here of course. Still haven't gotten a response but according to my account manager my account is fine and in good condition.
I'll try again as soon as I get home.

Did u transfer ur character to an other realm by Paid character transfer?
If u did, it is possible that the payment didn't went succesfull meaning that, WoW just blocked ur character till u pay for it, so you might wanne check your Billing stuff.

Nope, no transfers, I just started playing again a month ago. They billed my card yesterday, and it seemed to go through fine according to Bank of America. Definitely have money in the account....

My character was blocked yesterday so I called billing like the message told me to. After 15 minutes on hold I noticed my characters weren't blocked anymore. Success! :P

Thanks for that post Canadian. Good chance this is a glich, especially since I just got this email back:
I see nothing on the account restricting access. Can you tell me what the exact message on the screen is stating when you log in?
I'm betting all will be fine by the time I get home and log in.

ya i take it had something to do with the WotLK trial expiring. But 2 of my toons were not DKs nor were they ever in northrend. Anyways ya they were eventually unlocked before I was put off hold on the phone. :)
