I'm having a similar issue. I can see my quests fine, but neither recipes nor titles.
UPDATE: I just tried again. For one character, the recipes won't show. I reloaded WoW and opened again, but no help. On all characters, titles won't show.

Update, again. I deleted the addon per suggestion in another thread. It updated my Scribe's recipes, but my Engineer still can't access his recipes.
