Well, you won't need expertise for PVP and critical strike chance is trumped by resilience if you're at 70. Otherwise, it's alright for now where most players don't have a lot of resilience, etc. Stats? PVP requires resilience & stamina. When you are using pure PVP gear, you get those naturally so the real thing after that becomes ap & crit. Make sure you have some hit rating, though or you may miss an opener which would suck.

As for the build, I'm not sure. I have little experience with 51-point Subtlety, so you'll have to rely on some excellent PVPers for that info.

Shadowdance currently fails as it is less dmg and burst then it should be, go muti/prep (something like this). Just spam muti and 5pt evisc and your target will be dead in no time. :)

Also , i noticed that you are using hemo. Atm that does very little damage, and sub with slow weapons is dead. DR kills SD with slow weapons, because CS stun AND garrote silence are on DR. On top of this you cant stack garrote, only refresh it, so your damage in SD isnt as high as you would like. Ambush is the only useful thign for shadowdance, BUT "Once you're out of ambushes you're out of luck" ™ and have to backstab, which sucks.
