I've noticed it too, Tried to sell some herbs a few days back, and noticed the prices are way down... I'm going to wait till the break time is over to sell my stuff.
On the other hand, if you were smart and quick , for the first few days of the holiday season, you could have made a killing off of things like small eggs (I made around 100g in an hour or so), so it kind of evens out a bit.

Primal Shadows were selling like crazy @ 22g each and now they aren't selling at all and the price is 18g.
So annoyed because I've got 7 up there! agh!

i notice this quite often, especially weekends, when many auction sell within an hour.
I make gold by selling spellcloth which i have no use for, since i dont need the set.
I usually either buuy/farm the primals and then put the two pieces on the AH for 40g each, giving a 50-80g profit every three days.
But around holidays and when theres lots of people on, the price drops to 30g and they barely sell.
I guess the best thing to do is just wait and stockpile everything you have, until the holiday is over. Then sell them at regular pricing for major profit :)

another theory, Auctioneer has a low price set for "Fair Market Value" and no one does anything else but post what it says. So I and everyone else that normally would make better money on things are being under cut by pople just using Auctioneer to post quickly.

Perhaps... QQing about an addon wont fix it? Maybe you overcharging is why it's not selling. If someone undercutting you makes you made... welcome to how real business work.
