The Horde level 20 quest isn't so great either. Unless of course you enjoy walking across two continents.
Yeah, I've done it once on a horde...never again. But its really not that bad, at least you get more stuff to do than other class quests.

The only two reasons I don't have a shaman is because of the Alliance class quest at level 20, and because I don't like Horde.. :S
Still think I should make a Shammy and just forget it, 'cause I like CH, CL and Thunderstorm..
