The old wizard nodded his head softly. "They all have their own abilities. But, talent does not equate with skill. Only those who wish to excel, shall. We can only guide them along those roads as best we can, and try to forge them into the best they will be." He opened his eyes and looked to the great clock. "My friend, only time will tell what they will become."

Kazhra stood her ground in amongst the jostling, completely oblivious to the fact the majority of her fellow students were more terrified of her than she was of them and tended to make a quick escape on the off chance that they actually bumped into her. The tall orc glanced from side to side beneath her cowl, bewildered, eventually managing to relax just enough to go back to admiring the school.

Mark made his way back into the boat as he found where he was sitting previously and grabbed his bag before making his way back onto the deck.

"Up tight pain in the...." Richard muttered but fell silent as felt something brush against his mind. "You shouldn't try to sneak up on me like that Salena." He said turning to face a female elf. Salena stood a head taller then Richard and had long violet hair that ended at her waist and violet eyes. She wore a shadow weave robe that hugged her curves with leather high heeled boots and a wooden staff with roses carved along the length of it was sat on her back.
"I heard your argument and just had to see what the commotion was about." She said. "You do look like you've been drug threw a dirt patch."
"And you're as beautiful as ever." Richard replied. "And I was kinda in a hurry." He added and started to look around. "By the way do you have any Idea where my office is?" He asked and Salena sighed.
"It's this way." She said waving for him to follow as she started to walk off past the podium. "I don't know what you'd do without me."
"I guess I'd be dumber and probably still have my arm. And let's not forget the fact I wouldn't be sharing a mind with a dragon." He replied.

The sound outside the cabin was, to an ear with relatively little training, still unmistakable. People were rushing from below deck to above.
"Either we're sinking, there's a fire, a battle - highly unlikely - or the school's in sight," Theo said relaxedly. "Care to take a look?"

Kim woke with a jolt and took in her surroundings. "Cabin," she thought shortly. That meant this whole thing was still reality. The sound of feet made her curious, so she grabbed her sack of baggage and made it out into the corridor.

Kaestan grinned, his excitement building as they inched closer and closer to the school grounds. He turned to Arthur and stepped off the railing, clapping his hand on the human's shoulder. "My friend, this is going to be excellent," he smiled before turning back to face the Collegium, his glowing green eyes wide.

"Yup," said Kutom'bai, taking back her chisel and ink and throwing them in her pack. The purpled haired troll arched her back and stretched as she stood, rolling her shoulders and doing her best not to hit her head on the cabin ceilings.
She stood at the door and waited for Elthalis to gather her things, looking curiously at the flow of students.

Though Arthur said nothing, he was far from not sharing the other youth's enthusiasm. He was just better at hiding it. But he could feel it gathering inside him as the boats edged closer to the docks, building, soon to explode in exuberance like a volcano of magic fairy sparkles.
To avoid this, he turned back to the entrance of the ship. "Better grab our bags, then," he said.

Gemma eyed the whip with disapproval. "I am aware, yes. Just try not to scare them all off before the year even starts. Speaking of," he added, looking to the gates but seeing what lay beyond. "They should be arriving quite shortly. I'd best prepare my speech," he said, bustling off towards the stage, Heraldus's sharp voice calling over his head to remonstrate a teacher.
"Cryos! Thaw that tree out at once! At once! No I don't care about your damn mask! Thaw it I say!"

After wrestling with his bag for some time Eryan managed to get a steady grip on it. After taking one last look at the cabin to make sure he was not leaving anything behind - and why would he, he had not taken anything out - the boy hurried after Vera.

The magical creature's eyes widened, and it shook its head; beginning a dance of avoiding the girl as she tried to catch it.
