At this point where so few actualy has resilience and large Hp pools? Mut.. imo, Improved Kidney Shot and Mutilate seems to be enough to get most people down at this stage.
It is still so early to tell, but if I wanna try Combat Maces 18-43-10.

Like this or some variant is not too bad for PvP. Of course you can choose to get Gouge, SnD or Precision instead of Riposte.

Of course your offhand will be used. You probably Shiv the same amount if not more in pvp than any other skill. You have too many points in Precision in a PvP build. I know there is a lack of hit in the new gear but you do not need 5 points there. You can get a little over 2% hit just from cloak and neck and you can also gem for hit for PvP cap.
Probably should get DW spec instead of down to Riposte.

I think you should also move points around to get Hemo, then you can drop Imp SS and spec into DW more easily.
