Before anyone can shoot a one-liner about how Mutilate requires two daggers, note the OP told us he was previously Mutilate so by deduction he already has an off hand dagger.
I'll leave the rotations up to others, but know this: daggers for Sinister Strike are generally weak. Try to get a fist main-hand and if you have a speedy dagger better than the Nerub, off hand that. Slow, hard-hitting main hands & speedy off hands (more procs, etc.).
