Take out Murder and Deflection... useless.
Don't bother with extra Eviscerate if your daggers, you wouldn't be using it much.
Is this a PvP or PvE build? If PvE don't bother with Imp. Gouge either, it's not really that useful, maybe once in a while, but not enough to put 3 points in.
Also, whats your poison usage like?
Spec assuming you use poisons a fair bit:

It's not great, but I tried.
He has a choice of improved eviscerate, murder or remorseless attacks. He was right for choosing murder.
Seeing as he's still going to have to solo with that spec at some point, improved gouge would be a better investment of points than lightning reflexes. You're not getting hit in PVE anyway, so LR isn't much more useful than IG.
1/2 improved sprint is really bad, seriously.

D'oh! Didn't mean to put Imp Sprint in. If he is Assass no doubt he is daggers and dagger evis = fail.

You're aware that eviscerate hits for the same amount regardless of what weapon you're wielding.... right?
