Comments on this BM/MM build

I played a hunter to 60 pre-TBC, and after all the changes, I'm considering the following build for my new lvl 41 hunter I'm not sure what's working in PvP or raiding, but I'm seeking advice on a leveling build, PvP build, and a party/raiding build.

So, after your comments (thanks both of you) I came up with this build:

I don't feel that 1% increased damage will help much in either scenario (1% of a 2000 crit makes a 2020 crit :P, max possible being 5% or a 2100 crit, still :P), but I did consider taking back 2 points from Frenzy, and kept 2 more points out of Imp. Aspect of the Hawk. I know my pet will be critting like crazy, so I was able to put those into Catlike Reflexes to reduce the total damage taken and Imp. Mend Pet for the healing of debuffs each tick.

This will provide higher survivability while still dealing high crits with the MM talents. I appreciate the feedback and be sure to leave other comments as i will check back here often.
