Relic of Xuen
Carbonic Carbuncle
Assuming you are Hit and Expertise capped form gear. What is good for TG,SMF, and Arms

Relic of Xuen (15/45 sec uptime). Coaster has a low chance to proc on CRIT so it has pretty bad uptime especially if your crit is low. Carbuncle is better overall imo especially if the fight lasts long enough.
