Looks good to me. AFAIK, WoW doesn't really take advantage of multi-core processing so the 3.3GHz i3 will be fine. This should be able to play WoW at decent settings. Intel HD graphics 2500 though... You'd probably want to get either a decent dedicated graphics card (nothing too fancy, your PSU might have trouble, but a radeon HD 7850 wouldn't be a bad choice, bit above budget though) or a CPU with Intel HD graphics 4000.
