Condition to only execute on an engaged target?
Return to board index
I play a Death Knight and per Elitist Jerks have my ghoul's Claw macro'd to my Scourge Strike. The only problem is that this will occasionally cause my ghoul to pull extra groups if I tab-target in the heat of combat. Is there a condition that I could put in there to only execute claw on target's that are engaged?
My macro right now is very basic:
#showtooltip Scourge Strike
/cast Scourge Strike
I've been trying to be extra careful about targeting only the mobs I'll be attacking but accidents happen. Anyone know how I can alter this macro to make it less likely to occur?
Nope. Be careful with tab targeting
. I can't count how many times I've taunted bosses while on add duty. It's actually like of a pasttime of my guild to make fun of me for it.

/run if not UnitIsUnit("target","pettarget") then SendChatMessage("I may have just pulled extra mobs because I didn't check my tab target.") end
