Are you asking for help about getting mats for enchanting?
If so the best way to do it is to do something like quests and disenchant those items. Or get a crafting profession, many choose tailoring for it, and then DE the mats you get from leveling that prof.
You can also buy cheap items off the AH and use them if you have the gold.
