i've very interested in a cooking daily quest... i clicked through the 37 NPC's in Shatt city that start quests, but could not find the quest

in Lower City, quest name is "Super Hot Stew" (not yet in Wowhead).

i believe that you have to be at lvl 375 to get cooking dailies in shatt
as for lvling from 254

most importanly, what level are you? you can't do cooking dailies in shatt till you are lvl 70, unless this has been changed since the x-pack.
