Cooking to 450

I've been trying to level my cooking to max, but all the recipes go green around 425. Is it even possible to max it out to 450?

I don't know about the Green's pointing slow... I just made almost 70 of 2 different green items and not a single point. I'm afraid they're waiting until Tuesday when they fix the Northrend cooking for that last point... in which case i just wasted a ton of Northern Spices *sigh*

Feasts.

But right now there is no reason to go 450.

I think they are upping how much you can get off the small feasts and such in the patch to make getting to 450 easier.

Yeah, the Fish Feast recipe requires 450 Cooking skill.

I'm currently at 446 myself, and getting any further is a pain in the rear as it requires farming quite a bit of materials.

I personally had to cook 137 green foods (feasts/snapper extreme and a few others) before getting my last point to 450. So I'd say be prepared to fish for an hour or two to get the last point.
