I think you're talking about a focus macro.
Make a focus macro first
/focus
Click the 'healer' and press this Focus macro. Now the 'healer' is your focus target.
#showtooltip
/stopcasting
/cast Counterspell
The macro above will let you Counterspell your Focus target, the 'healer', while still having your main target to DPS.
