I hope this is ok to ask here.
I have tried several times to make an account on Wowpedia, but it always tells me
"Login error
Incorrect or missing confirmation code. "
I have selected all the cat photos, definitly typed and retyped my password correctly, typed my E-mail and even typed in my real name even though it's optional.
What am I doing wrong?

Did you check your email for a confirmation code?
Most sites send one to verify that is the working email for the account you're trying to make. They usually say they send one and you should check you email for it.

Yup I did. Not that Wowpedia told me I would be recieving one. It keeps saying I didn't do the confirmation code even though I filled out everything on the page I could see.

Did you check whether the username is already taken?

Did you check whether the username is already taken?
I thought that might have been the case, so I tried making a gibberish username. Didn't work.

Does anyone know if any of the admins on Wowpedia have an E-mail and what it is?

They have a section called Tech Support
and
Help
; everything you need is on their site.

Most of the help has to do with WoW, not Wowpedia. They seem to assume that if you need their help, you can make an account and ask for it, but that's the problem. The only admin that gives their E-mail on their page is Kaydeethree, but I can't open the link. Have have looked over the tech support and help pages and couldn't find a way to contact them. I have tried talking to them on twitter, but they seem to never use it. Do you actually see where it gives a way to contact them without an account?

foxlit replied:The error message corresponds to failing to solve the CAPTCHA puzzle on the sign up page. If Javascript is disabled (e.g. by Noscript), the puzzle will not appear -- make sure they aren't ignoring the Please enable JavaScript and resubmit the page warning message that appears above the Username: box in that case.

Could you ask foxlit if he can post his e-mail so I can talk to him through it?
