Click on 'Create a weight scale'
Click 'Show details'
Select Haste Rating from the drop-down and give it a score of 1
Click 'Apply filter'
You will now have a list of all the items in the categories you selected sorted by the amount of Haste Rating they give, and the haste will be shown in the table without having to hover over the link.

is the filter you described (well almost, you need to use Critical Strike Rating, not Melee, now the ratings have been merged).
There are well over 200 items in the list so you will need to add some more criteria to the filter.

You could change the filter to
THIS
, which would filter out any items with Spellpower on them.
