And if you're using Eviscerate a lot, which you should with Cut To the Chase, Swap the 1 Combo Point (60% Proc) Points over to Evis.wrong try again
Might want the Crystal-Infused Tunic from H Nexus aswell, The t7 Chest is eww :( I have one and never use it, but then again you get the (2) Set bonus.wrong try again
1.6-1.8 Daggers would be better imo for PvE Cut to the Chase since Snd is always going to be up and this offering more Damage with Muts.

whats your view on things goshadstep2lose?i know hes wrong on the evis part as muti always,and should always use envenom and the t7 chest is way better than the chest he said but what about the dagger speeds?
and the hit,i thought as muti ya only needed 250-300,and as for expertise is that more important than hit these days?
the faster the better (while not sacrificing weapon dps), as for hit there are no magic numbers
