Silvia got up, blood dripping from her cheek as she shook her head and tried to clear her thoughts.
The branch! The draenei glanced around for it quickly.

Hazel managed to get a grip on the branch just as Vrell slammed into her. The bounty hunter shook her head, trying to dispell the remnants of Vahij's magics, before getting off the historian, "Sorry!" Vrell said quickly, wiping some blood droplets from her neck.
Vladimer rushed over to Crow, grabbing the night elf before a vine dragged the boy straight into the Dream.

Silvia rushed towards the branch and the two women. "Give that back!"

Vahij managed to free herself from the vines rather quickly, most likely thanks to her experience with whips, but only barely avoided becoming ensnared a second time. Her ankle was now oozing blood in various places where the vines had cut it and the succubus was forced to use her wings to maintain her balance, darting after Silvia as quickly as she could manage.

The succubus flanked the two, whip in hand, continuing to use her wings in order to counteract the fact her ankle was torn up quite badly.

Vrell brought up her sword, trying to deflect the dominatrix and bat it away from the pair. Hazel looked over at Vahij, fingers sparking with arcane.
Vladimer cleaned up the last of the lingering pieces of the Dream.

Vahij's whip suddenly turned fel-green and the succubus lashed out, intending on searing Hazel before the historian had time to react.

Hazel let out a cry of pain at the whip, releasing the branch despite her tight grip on it. Vrell's eyes went wide as the sword was ripped from her.

Silvia giggled; rushing forward and flipping over Vrell. Landing, she scooped up the branch. "Come on Vahij, time to go." She smiled, rushing back towards the road.

"Just so you know, there's no hard feelings between us," the succubus smiled, giving the two women a suggestive wink, before quickly chasing after Silvia.

Vrell was prepared to chase after them, when Hazel set a hand on the bounty hunter's shoulder, "No," the historian muttered. "We'll go after them, but not yet."
"Gah! I was so useless there and--and you! Hazel! I didn't realize you were a mage!" Vrell's face was turning red in embarrassment over what had occurred.
"Some things are better kept secret until they're needed," Hazel replied, sighing. "Is everyone all right?"
"Yeah, just... overwhelmed," Vrell grumbled.
Vladimer shook his head, "I'm fine, but the kid took some arrows during that and his healing work is pretty shoddy."
Crow grimaced, some of his wounds having broken open during the last stages of the fighting.
"Then we'll get him heal up and start on our way again. We have to go after them, but after what just happened I'd like to be better prepared," Hazel stated.

Silvia hurried along down the road towards Astranaar. She reached into her dress, pulling out a healing potion and drinking it up. "Well, that could have gone better..." She commented.

"We've still got the branch," Vahij said distractedly, having to stop briefly in order to examine her ankle, "way I see it we didn't exactly lose anything."
The succubus applied a small amount of fel magic to her foot, though her knowledge of healing spells that did not involve siphoning energy off a victim was limited. She settled for repairing the muscles and blood vessels, an action which already took a fair bit out of her, but instead of healing it up fully she bound it with a piece of leather.
That being done, the demoness moistened her lips to rid of them of her own blood and continued walking.

"Looks like the fighting is over." She said quietly to herself. "I'd better get out of here and perhaps catch up with that drawnei." She quickly began moving through the treetops while staying close enough to the road to watch it.

"You know what would've made it worthwhile? A hostage..." Vahij murmured, examining the burns on her arms as she walked.
The succubus attempted to create an illusion around herself in preparation for arriving in the town, however she could not muster the magical energy required to create a decent one. And she very much doubted the weaker illusions she used as distractions would ensure she avoided detection.
After a few moments of further attempts she was forced to give up, rather than start using her own strength reserves. Instead of admitting weakness, the demoness maintained an air of dignified silence and decided to try again later.

She followed the road for awhile until she caught up to the Draenei, but they were near a town and now wouldn't be the best time to make introductions. "Best to wait and simply tail her for awhile before introducing myself." she said quietly as she began to slowly descend from the tree's to sneak into the town and continue following the draenei and succubus.
